As part of our custom flooring process, all of our wood is acclimated properly to your home's environment. We use moisture meters and meet all NWFA guidelines. Our team will inspection your property to assure the best individual installation process. Our careful process prevents your floor from excessive gapping, buckling, and cupping. We follow-up each installation by educating our customers as to the best care and maintenance to get the most out of their new hardwood floors.​

Water-based finishes:
Water based are preferred for their low odor, minimal VOC levels, lighter color variation upon sealing, faster drying, and durability, often used in commercial settings with eco-friendly options available.
Oil-based finishes:
Our oil based finishes provide a traditional, deep amber appearance with darker color variations, higher VOC levels and longer dry times.
